Summer Breeze (Villa Minou) is a luxury modern furnished villa, recently renovated and located in the hills of Grand Cul de Sac, overlooking the lagoon, the Ocean and La Tortue island.
Very well located, just few minutes walking to one of the most finest sand beaches of the island with gourmet restaurants. You could also enjoy all nautical activities : wind & kite surfing, diving, jet skiing and even tennis courts.
The pool is surrounded by a large terrace and takes advantage of sun all day long.
A covered breezy terrace offers you a perfect dining experience with a unique view.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Summer Breeze as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa or as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa.

Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the air conditioning, a safe, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has twin beds / queen, the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The third bedroom is a separate studio with kitchenette and has twin bed / queen, the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal. 

The modern furnished living room offers a splendid view on the lagoon, the ocean and La Tortue island.
You will find a fane, a television ultra flat screen with the French satellite, a CD/DVD player and a high-speed Internet connection.  

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 8 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, electric barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
