The swimming pool (5 meters on 4) overlooking Gustavia's harbor and Saba and Saint Martin islands is surrounding by a large terrace.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

All the bedrooms have the view on the sea.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower.
The two other bedrooms have queen size beds (1.8 meter on 2), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal. 

From the large sofa in the living room you will have a splendid view on the sea and Gustavia's harbor.
You will find the air conditioning, a fan, the television with the American satellite, a DVD and CD player, a VCR and a fax. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - air conditioning, fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
