Plein Ciel is a brand new villa situated on Marigot hillside.
This spacious and comfortable villa has a wonderful view on Montjean, Grand Cul de Sac, Marigot bay, Tortue island and the ocean.
Built on one floor, the living room is open on one side on the terrace and the swimming pool and on the other side on the lighted garden during the night and two outside dining rooms.
The villa has been decorated by the owner depending of all the travel he made all around the world : Japanese and Indonesian style in the living, very modern dining room separated from the kitchen by a bar, Chinese style in the bedrooms…
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean the villa.
You can rent Plein Ciel as a two bedrooms and two bathrooms villa or as a three bedrooms and two bathrooms villa.  

The swimming pool, the originality and the view.  

The heated swimming pool without chlorine (39.36 x 13.12 ft.) is overlooking the sea and is surrounding by a large terrace.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

The heated Jacuzzi, for four persons is surrounded by pink rocks. 

The master bedroom has the view on the sea. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has the view on the Jacuzzi. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The third bedroom has the view on the garden. It has two twin beds, the air conditioning and a safe.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal. 

The living room has the view on Marigot bay.
You will find some fans, the television with the French satellite with some American channels, a DVD and CD player, a VCR, the internet connection with the wifi and a fax. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron and an ironing board.
