The ocean view is really extraordinary, from Saint Martin to Gustavia harbor with the islands of Saba, Saint Eustache, St Kitts and Nevis on the background.
The villa is situated in a unique place, very private and not so far from Gustavia.
You will enjoy the overflowing swimming pool overlooking the ocean, the large and comfortable living room...
From the villa you will appreciate the wonderful Saint Barth's sunsets.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Manon as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa or as a two bedrooms and two bathrooms villa.

The swimming pool (19.68 on 9.84 ft.) is surrounding by a large terrace overlooking the sea.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

Both of the bedrooms have the view on the sea.
One has a king size bed (5.91 on 6.56 ft.) and the other one some twin beds that we can put together.
They have the air conditioning, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal. 

The living room has the view on the terrace, the swimming pool and the sea.
You will find the television with the American satellite, a DVD and CD player, a VCR and a high speed internet access with wireless. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fan, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
