Inside a luxuriant vegetation and close to a beautiful sand beach, this elegant and well-decorated villa is organized around its splendid overflow swimming pool and its basin.
All rooms including the three king bedrooms with ensuite bath overlook the large swimming pool that features a fountain and a wading pool for children.
You will appreciate its open living area with contemporary modern furniture and sofas where guests can relax!
A housekeeper will come every day (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent La Cocoteraie as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa, a two bedroom and two bathroom villa, a three bedroom and three bathroom villa.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 ft. x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a safe and an ensuite bath with oversized shower and hair dryer.
The second and third bedrooms have a king size bed (6.56 ft. x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe and an ensuite bath with shower and hair dryer.
Beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and its lush garden.
You will find the air conditioning, a television with French satellite including CNN, a CD and DVD player, a fax machine and a High Speed line Internet connection. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 6 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, electric and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
