The swimming pool (19.68 on 13.12 ft.) is overlooking the harbor and the sea and surrounded by a large terrace.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

The three Jacuzzis are heated. 

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms 1 and 2 have a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, the air conditioning, television, and satellite channels, video, DVD player, safe, mini bar. They share a terrace with Jacuzzi. The bedroom 3 has a queen size bed (5.91 x 6.56 ft.), a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, the air conditioning, television with satellite channels. The bedroom 4 has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), a bathroom with dressing room, shower and hair dryer, the air conditioning, television and satellite channels, video, DVD player, safe, computer, printer, mini bar. They share a terrace with Jacuzzi.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms with a terrace overlooking the harbor and the ocean. The bedroom 5 has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, the air conditioning, ceiling fan, television and satellite channels. The bedrooms 6 and 7 are connecting rooms. The bedroom 6 has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, the air conditioning, ceiling fan, television and satellite channels and video. The bedroom 7 is a child room and features a single bed, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The living room is located on the third floor and has the view on the harbor. The access is made through a spiral staircase.
It consists of an office area on one side and on a relaxation area on the other side with television, DVD player, VCR, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 14 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - air conditioning, fan, 2 large fridges, freezers, gas and electric stove, professional oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
