Captiva is a fabulous villa located at Marigot's hillside.
The villa has an incredible view on Marigot bay and the sea.
Over there, you will find nothing but luxury, peace and pleasure... You could enjoy a great book, or just a cup of tea under the Taï pavilion or a game of petanque on the specific place for it.
Captiva has a private way to go to the sea.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except on Sunday and public holidays) to clean the villa.
You can rent Captiva as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa, or as a two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or as a three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The swimming pool (10 meters on 4) is surrounding by a large deck overlooking Marigot's Bay. Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.8 on 1 meter), the air conditioning , a safe, a television, a DVD player, a bathroom with a shower and a bath and a hairdryer.
The second bedroom has a bed measuring 1.6 on 2 meters, the air conditioning , a safe, a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
The third bedroom has two beds (1.4 on 2 meters), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
You will find bath and beach towels in the villa.  

The living room is opened onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the sea.
You will find in it, some fans, a television with French satellite (CNN), a DVD and CD player, a VHR and a fax.  

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fan, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine and a gas barbecue.
