La Canopée is a charming villa located in Saint Jean hillside.

La Canopée is a Saint Barth style villa on two levels with separate bungalows.
At the same time modern (equipment) and antique (the furniture of the inside dining and living room are dated from the beginning of the last century), La Canopée is a very pleasant villa.
With many different places where you can eat or relax (two terraces, three living rooms…), the privacy of the house is accrued.
This villa is perfect for two couples who want to spend their holidays together but also to keep a certain privacy.
A housekeeper will come every day (except on Sundays and public holiday) to clean.
You can rent La Canopée as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa or as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa.

The swimming pool (13.12 x 19.68 ft.) is surrounded by a solarium (deckchairs) and a covered ajoupa (living room with armchairs...) overlooking Saint Jean bay. A barbecue is at your disposal.  

The two equal master bedrooms in bungalows are on different floors.
Both of them are facing Saint Jean Bay. They offer the same amenities as a Queen size bed (5.24 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a fan, mosquito screens, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower, a hair drier and a safe.
You will also find in the villa some bathrobes, some bath and beach towels.

There are several living and dining rooms areas, all comfortable wooden decorated. You will find one with the television with a French satellite (including several English language channels as news, movies and sports) and a free High Speed line Internet access with WiFi during one hour per day.
Outside covered living area has CD player, radio, MP3. The dining area has a large welcoming table for eight persons. They've all got the view on Saint Jean bay.

The kitchen is opening on the terrace and is separated from the dining room by a bar.
It is fully-equipped for 10 people. You will find all the necessary equipment to cook – Electric stove, fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender... and a dishwasher, and also a gas BBQ.
