Avalon is a wonderful villa located in Gouverneur's Hillside. It has an incredible view onto the sea.
From the villa you will admire fabulous Saint Barts' sunsets.
You will also enjoy the large swimming pool surrounded by a deck overlooking the ocean.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holiday) to clean the house.
You can rent Avalon as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa or as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa or three bedroom and three bathroom villa.

The swimming pool (29.53 x 16.40 ft.) is surrounded by a large deck overlooking the ocean.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

The main bedroom has the view on the garden. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has the view on the garden. It has a queen size bed (5.91 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a mosquito screen, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The third bedroom has also the view on the garden. It has twin beds, the air conditioning, a mosquito screen and a bathroom with a shower.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The large living room is under the covered terrace. It has the view on the sea and the garden. You will find some fans, the television with the French satellite, a VCR and a CD player.  

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 10 people. You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue, dishwasher and an iron with an ironing board.
