Island Destinations has a four-night trip for two to Casa Colonial Beach & Spa in the Dominican Republic, starting at $1,989.

The package includes a $100 air credit per person for those who book through a tour operator. It also includes round trip transfers from Puerto Plata International Airport, a bottle of Prosecco sparking wine, daily breakfast in the room, one 30-minute spa wrap or scrub and a private candle and torch-lit dinner on the beach.

The rate is based on double occupancy for new bookings and travel through Dec. 21, 2008.
