Island Destinations Offers Off-Season Values on St.
Barths

Luxury travel specialist Island Destinations
is featuring a number of off-season specials to enable clients
to travel to St. Barthélemy and indulge in celebrity-style
treatment at moderate prices. The prices are not available in
the winter. Island Destinations’ Travelers Collection 2008
includes five properties on St. Barths and the company's
destination specialists can assist with arrangements for dinner
reservations to private yacht charters, as well as insider tips
on the best places to spot celebrities taking refuge from the
paparazzi. Following are a sampling of Island Destinations’ St.
Barths getaways; all pricing is based on double occupancy. A
five-night vacation at the Eden Rock is priced from 2,625 euros
(approximately $4,117.40) through Nov. 14. This boutique hotel,
situated on a rocky promontory surrounded by coral reef, offers
chilled wine upon arrival, breakfast daily, one lunch for two
(exclusive of drinks) at the Sand Bar on the beach, snorkeling
and kayak equipment, V.I.P airport transfers and a five-day car
rental.
A five-night vacation at the Hotel Guanahani & Spa is priced
from 3,150 euros (approximately $4,941.30). Guests at this
hotel, set on its own 16-acre peninsula, will enjoy a true “St.
Barths Spree.” The package offers a choice of two activities for
couples including jet skiing, windsurfing lessons, Clarins spa
treatments, scuba diving beginner’s course or tennis lessons.
The getaway also boasts daily breakfast at Indigo or in-room,
daily lunch or dinner, five-day car rental and airport
transfers. The price is valid for new bookings and travel now
through Oct. 31.
A the St. Barth Isle de France, a three-night getaway is priced
from 1,700 euros (approximately $2,667.99). Star Jones has
enjoyed the celebrity treatment at this boutique property
located on Baie des Flamands, one of the island’s best beaches.
This special retreat includes accommodations, dinner at the
beach restaurant on the day of arrival, daily breakfast,
three-day car rental, Friday night wine tasting, one cocktail
every evening, a Serial steam treatment for two at the hotel’s
Molton Brown Spa and round trip transfers by hotel chauffeur.
The price is valid for new bookings and travel Oct. 15 through
